We use this information to respond to inquiries, schedule and confirm calls, deliver our services, send appointment reminders, booking confirmations, and follow-ups, and to improve the website.

4. SMS / mobile information

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of information collected (such as IP address and browser type) exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Phone numbers collected through SMS opt-in are stored in our customer system and used only for the message types disclosed at opt-in: appointment reminders, booking confirmations, and related follow-ups. We do not sell mobile opt-in data.

5. Opting out

You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help. You can opt out of emails via the unsubscribe link, or contact us at alberto@anez.digital to request removal of your information.
